Lucy acts for a variety of clients including principal contractors, subcontractors, retail businesses including Hotels and cleaning companies, security companies, construction companies and mining companies in the defence of pre-court and litigated claims. Lucy also has significant experience in the defence of compulsory third party insurance claims for a number of large national insurers.
Lucy has managed complex litigation and dispute resolution in a broad range of matters for both domestic and international insurers. Lucy has experience in advising clients in relation to catastrophic claims, complex economic loss and fraud claims.
