Hayley has over 15 years experience in advising lenders and borrowers on UK and cross border financings involving syndicated and bilateral lending structures on corporate banking, leveraged finance, asset backed lending and real estate finance transactions.

Hayley specialises in real estate finance transactions, both for investment and property development and has particular experience in the healthcare, hotels and student accommodation sectors.
