In addition, obtaining a High Distinction during her BPC in conference skills, drafting, examination in chief and cross examination.
Prior to joining DWF, Freja built on her communication skills whilst working for His Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) as a case administrator, which involved completing enforcement requests from probation officers e.g compliance letters and recalls to prison. This involved using her client handling and time management skills to correspond with third party insurers and negotiating credit hire packs, to reviewing accident reports and repair estimates before raising claim payments to the necessary parties.
