Anne-Sylvie has extensive experience in supporting companies, international groups and SMEs at the various stages of their development, in France and internationally (business sales, restructurings, insolvency proceedings, corporate governance, etc.).
She also regularly works with software publishers, IT service providers and e-commerce platforms on a wide range of issues related to information technology (IT systems, the internet, blockchain, connected devices/IoT, 3D printing, cybercrime, AI, etc.).
Anne-Sylvie has also developed expertise in data protection, particularly regarding compliance with the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive, as well as resolving issues related to e-commerce.
Anne-Sylvie is a Law Society of Scotland Certified Specialist in Cyber Security and Data Protection.
