Andreea commenced her pupillage on 1 September 2026 under the supervision of Stuart Young. She is to gain exposure to the breadth of Chambers’ practice areas.Prior to commencing pupillage, Andreea worked as a paralegal at a large consumer law firm, specialising in clinical negligence. Working under the supervision of principle lawyers, Andreea assisted with multi-track litigation involving serious and complex injuries, including significant brain and spinal injuries, amputations, and other life-changing injuries. Andreea also attended court regularly, assisting counsel in relation to hearings, trials, and inquests.
Andreea also worked as a County Court advocate and solicitor’s agent, appearing in a broad range of civil hearings. This included possession proceedings (both mortgage and landlord and tenant), bankruptcy hearings, return of goods hearings, infant settlement hearings, allocation hearings, and case management conferences. Andreea also undertook a wide range of interlocutory applications, including applications for summary and default judgment, stays of proceedings, and applications to adduce further evidence.
Beyond the Bar, Andreea maintains an interest in travel and trying new foods.
