Experience
Andrea graduated in Law from the University of Milan in 1993 and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1997. Prior to joining DWF in 2023, he was a Partner at Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo, where he developed extensive experience in employment law.
For more than twenty-five years, he has advised Italian and international companies on the full range of employment and labour law matters, providing specialist guidance on employment relationships and industrial relations.
He holds a PhD in Labour Law and Industrial Relations from the University of Pavia and serves as Professor of Employment Law at the University of Insubria.
Andrea is the author of numerous publications on employment law and regularly speaks at conferences, seminars and specialist training programmes.
