Experience
Prior to joining DWF Chambers, Aisling worked as a self-employed advocate, appearing for both Claimants and Defendants in civil matters across the Northern and North Eastern Circuits.Aisling obtained a First-Class Honours degree in History from Durham University. She then attended the University of Law in Manchester to complete her Postgraduate Diploma in Law, for which she obtained a Distinction, and the Bar Practice Course, for which she was awarded an overall grade of ‘Outstanding’.
Aisling regularly appears in RTA and credit hire small claims trials, as well as interlocutory applications and OIC claims.
