Aadil trained at a Top 50 UK law firm, where he gained significant litigation experience acting in insurance and fraud-related disputes.Following qualification, Aadil spent three years specialising in professional indemnity claims, acting for insurers and their policyholders across a variety of sectors. His experience includes claims involving accountants, IT service providers, construction professionals and property management agents. He also advised on and managed intellectual property disputes, commercial business-to-business and supplier disputes, and complex construction disputes, developing a broad practice across commercial and insurance litigation.
Aadil joined DWF in 2026 and is now part of the firm's Commercial Insurance team. He acts on high-value, complex claims involving major property damage incidents arising from a broad spectrum of insured perils, including fires, floods and other adverse occurrences. His work encompasses liability investigations, policy coverage issues, recovery actions and multi-party disputes, often involving substantial losses and technically complex factual and legal issues.
