The advisory services included comprehensive legal support related to the execution of credit agreements under which financing was provided in the form of term loans, credit lines, and guarantee lines. The funds raised will be used, among other things, to finance the buyback of the company's own shares, the expansion of the logistics centre in Palmiry, the refinancing of the company’s existing financial debt, and the further development of Wittchen S.A.’s operations.
