Suzanne will join as a partner in the leadership team, working in particular with Matthew Doughty and David Abbott, respectively CEO and senior partner of the firm's Insurance Services division. She will help drive forward key global growth initiatives, support client relationship management, contribute to the successful integration of mergers and acquisitions, and mentor rising talent across the business’ global network.
Suzanne was formerly global managing partner of the law firm Kennedys, a role she held from 2019 until 2024. She has extensive experience of global business, in particular the insurance sector, coupled with an excellent track record of strong client relationships, management of large-scale operations and the implementation of successful strategic growth initiatives. Suzanne is highly regarded in the industry for her work on diversity and ESG initiatives and is a regular speaker at events around the world.
