DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, assisted SIME Partecipazioni, an operating holding company heading a fully privately-owned group active in the production of electricity from renewable sources, gas distribution, the sale of natural gas and electricity to end customers, the construction and management of plants for the production of energy carriers through cogeneration, and the management of district heating services, in signing the agreement to acquire Società Impianti Metano.
