The building will be redeveloped and 94 flats will be built with high-level residential finishes and typologies, commercial spaces, garages and cellars. The project includes the complete renovation of the building, which will be brought up to current building and energy standards, as well as the pedestrianisation of the last stretch of Via Amendola.
