DWF assisted Cherry Bay Capital Group in the investment of Groupack Holdings

DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, assisted Cherry Bay Capital Group, an independent private capital and wealth advisory player dedicated to selected UHNWIs and family offices on an international scale, through its investment holding company Cherry Bay Capital Investment Club, and together with a qualified group of private investors and leading entrepreneurial families - in its investment, with a minority stake, in Groupack Holdings, a buy & build initiative in the mechatronics sector serving the pharma, healthcare and specialty packaging industries.
The DWF team was coordinated by partner Luca Lo Po', and comprised of counsel Massimo Filippo Breviglieri.
