DWF has advised the owners of leadership and talent consultancy Cirrus on its sale to Accenture, a global professional services company.
Cirrus provides advice on leadership and digital learning to boost business performance. It has around 70 experts in the UK and in Australia, advising clients globally. It will now join Accenture's talent and organisation/human potential team.

Dr. Simon Hayward, CEO at Cirrus, said: “Joining Accenture creates an opportunity to bring our capabilities to more clients seeking expertise in leadership guidance. Together, we’ll be able to bring our innovative digital learning and leadership development services to clients around the world at a time of truly critical need.”

The DWF Corporate team which advised Simon and Clare Hayward and other owners of the business in the sale to Accenture, was led by corporate partner Paul Pignatelli, alongside partner James Cashman and associates, Ciara Healy and Graham Tait. Accenture were represented by Tim Bird, Andrew Prowse, Toby Usher and Keon Stewart of Fieldfisher.

Paul Pignatelli said: "We are delighted for Simon, Clare and the whole team at Cirrus. It marks the third acquisition that Accenture has made in the UK this year and the arrival of the Cirrus team into the Accenture family is sure to be a strong union. We wish the combined teams well for the future."
