The promotions include seven new partners and 13 new directors across its global offices. The promotions also include nine promotions within the partnership structure, moving up a career level. Of the 29 senior promotions, 10 are women (34%).
Across the divisions, 16 senior promotions have been made in Commercial Services, seven in Insurance, and six in International.
In addition to these 29 senior promotions, DWF had a significant partner recruitment programme in the first half of its FY20 financial year, adding a net of 20 new partners.
