DWF advises Zeus Capital and Liberum Capital

DWF, the global legal business, has advised Zeus Capital and Liberum Capital in their capacity as nominated advisors and joint bookrunners to Accrol Group Holdings plc on their £41.8m conditional acquisition of Leicester Tissue Company Ltd. 

Accrol Group Holdings plc is a leading tissue converter and supplier of toilet tissues, kitchen rolls and facial tissues, as well as other tissue products, to major discounters and grocery retailers throughout the UK. 

DWF's Corporate team advised Zeus Capital and Liberum Capital, led by partners Frank Shephard and John Campion and solicitor, Ciara Healy. 

Frank Shephard said: "We are delighted to have advised both Zeus Capital and Liberum Capital on this fundraising transaction, which will enable their client Accrol Group Holdings plc to increase their share of the UK retail tissue market and build on their position in the private label retail tissue industry."
