In a triumphant night, we won the award for Strategic approach to innovation with judges praising our Innovation and Ventures function, which 'allows senior executives to make fast decisions on new business opportunities'.
The second award was in the Diversity and Inclusion category, with judges highlighting our use of data to improve the accuracy of our diversity statistics.
We were also rated a 'standout' submission in the Sustainable business of law category for our ESG strategy and our chief information officer, Daniel Pollick, was profiled as one of ten legal industry Intrapreneurs.
Our success at the event culminated in DWF being placed 3rd overall in the FT's Law Firm Index – Europe, our highest ever placing.
