Social Mobility Awareness Day is an opportunity to raise awareness of the barriers individuals can face and to highlight the importance of creating equitable access to opportunity for all.
At DWF, we believe talent and ambition should never be limited by background. By sharing real stories and lived experiences, we aim to:
- make careers in law and professional services more visible and accessible
- challenge perceptions about “traditional” career paths
- inspire others to pursue their ambitions
In each session we will explore our role model's career journey, the challenges they have faced, the experiences that have shaped their careers, and their career progression advice for others.
