Share plans

We became the largest listed legal business in the world when we listed on the London Stock Exchange in March 2019. Through our listed company status, we offer our colleagues an opportunity to own shares in DWF from an early stage in their career. We all contribute to DWF's success, and so we have created a comprehensive share offering for all of our colleagues that enables everyone to benefit from our financial performance.

We are a hybrid working business – our offices are only one environment in which our colleagues and clients work and collaborate. We believe that by operating in a hybrid way, colleagues can enjoy the advantages of both office based collaboration and learning, as well working from home. This way of working allows us to honour our commitment to being a responsible business, offer flexibility and better work-life balance as well as ensuring we preserve our culture and values.  

Access to tailored learning anytime, anywhere

We have an agile approach to supporting professional and personal development that puts individuals in control of their own career. In addition to 1-2-1 training, coaching and mentoring options, colleagues can also access tailored curriculums aligned with their career level through a online platform. Course materials are accessible at any time and without the need for prior approval. We also encourage people to attend sessions in higher tiers to develop their skills as early as possible, to help them to prepare for the next step in their career.

Health and Wellbeing support with Gympass

We have partnered with Gympass to provide our employees a holistic approach to wellbeing. The entry level plan is provided at no cost to colleagues, and gives users access to online physical classes and apps to help with wellbeing. The app also enables individuals and their families to join a discounted flexible gym membership whilst providing access to hundreds more apps to help with all aspects of wellbeing, including mental, physical, and financial wellbeing.

    Since launching in 2020, 80% have used DWF Achievers to acknowledge the contributions of their colleagues, with an average number of 1,200 recognition received each month.
