Hannah is experienced in representing clients in relation to investigations conducted by the police, HSE, EA, Local Authority and CQC.
Hannah has a broad church of experience in representing clients at interviews under caution in relation to the full spectrum of road traffic, health and safety and environmental investigations.
Hannah regularly represents both companies and individuals in fatal and serious injury cases including investigations involving allegations of Corporate and Gross Negligence Manslaughter and Wilful Neglect.
She also routinely acts for clients in the health and social care sector and at Inquests involving Article 2 ECHR.
Hannah routinely deals with cases of a sensitive nature, guiding clients through complex legal proceedings which are often fraught with emotion.
