Tunde has a broad range of Regulatory experience starting as an Compliance Auditor within a global investment bank where he supported the planning and execution of several compliance audit projects on Senior Manager and Certification Regime, Remuneration Code, Corporate Governance and Whistleblowing etc.
Tunde also underwent a rotational Compliance and Financial Crime Analyst Programme at a global investment bank, where he supported; the Corporate Finance and Global Markets Compliance Advisory teams and was involved in New Product and New Transaction Approval, Deal due diligence and Market Abuse Training; the whistleblowing team on case management; and Control Testing team on regulatory reviews.
Tunde holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from University of Southampton, CISI Level 6 Diploma in Investment Compliance and CFA UK Level 4 Investment Management Certificate.
