Experience
Małgorzata's professional background and experience include the representation of and advisory for clients in construction and technical disputes (litigation, arbitration and mediation) that concerned, in particular, claims for extensions of time and additional costs, alleged defects and termination of contracts.
She also represents clients in general commercial disputes, including corporate disputes and real estate disputes. She has acted for clients who are active in the infrastructure, commodities and energy industry sectors, and who performed a variety of contractual roles during the life-cycle of construction projects.
Małgorzata advises on the management of claims, in particular those arising under EPC contracts. Her advisory has also scoped the FIDIC Conditions of Contract (Yellow and Red Books).
