Felicity specialises in transactional non-contentious Telecoms matters and advises both operators and landowners. Felicity has extensive experience dealing with the new Electronic Communications Code from a transactional perspective and in dealing with general non-contentious Telecoms property work. This includes dealing with greenfield, rooftop and street works sites, specifically negotiating and completing Code agreements, licences, access to survey agreements, site share licences and site relocation documents.
