Doug has experience advising local and international clients in a wide variety of sectors. He is experienced in advising on M&A and reorganisations, in particular acting for clients in the financial services sector.

He also advises on employee share incentives, including share options, employee benefit trusts and other management incentive plans.

Doug is experienced in advising on Real Estate transactions including for both commercial and public sector bodies.
