Andrew Bautovich is a principal lawyer in Australia, and the Deputy General Counsel – International for the DWF Group. He advises the group internally on its operations, with a special focus on its activities in jurisdictions outside the United Kingdom.

Prior to joining the group legal team, Andrew was a corporate and commercial partner in Australia, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial arrangements and internal corporate and commercial policies, encompassing HR requirements and employment disputes.

In his spare time, Andrew writes and reviews fiction, as well as enjoying opera, theater and films.
