DWF succeeds before the Regional Administrative Court (TAR) on behalf of AP Reti Gas (Ascopiave Group) in a dispute concerning the revision of the concession fee for gas distribution

DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, assisted AP Reti Gas, a company within the Ascopiave Group, listed on Euronext STAR Milan and one of Italy’s leading natural gas distribution operators in Northern Italy, in challenging a municipality’s decision rejecting its request for a revision of the concession fee for the gas distribution service.

The judgment sets an innovative precedent for all natural gas distribution service concessionaires.

DWF acted with a team led by Enrico Maria Curti, Partner and Head of the Power & Utilities Department, together with Counsel Francesco Angelini and Eleonora Lissi.
