DWF in Italy assists Enfinity Global in the closing of €142 million financing for three 112 MW power plants in Italy

DWF in Italy assisted Enfinity Global Inc, a leader in renewable energy, in a €142 million long-term and VAT financing, and LCs facilities for the construction of 112 MW in three utility-scale solar power plants in Italy. The financing was comprised of two tranches with Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (Santander CIB) and BayernLB providing project financing for two power plants totalling 72 MW, and an additional tranche for 40 MW that also included Nomura. 

The DWF Team was formed by Michele Cicchetti, Guglielmo Fabbricatore, Eleonora degli Abbati and Gianni Vettorello for the finance aspects, Luca Lo Po for derivative aspects, Francesca Leo for the EPC, O&M and real estate aspects and by Claudia Laterza for energy regulatory aspects.
