Guglielmo is regularly involved in complex and high-value strategic transactions, advising clients throughout all stages of structuring, negotiating and executing deals. He provides legal advice to leading Italian and international companies on contractual, administrative and regulatory matters relating to projects in the renewable energy, infrastructure and real estate sectors.
He has developed extensive expertise in public contracts and procurement procedures, urban planning and construction law, real estate law and litigation, assisting investors, developers and industrial operators in the development and management of complex projects.
Guglielmo also has significant experience in handling the financial, corporate, administrative and regulatory aspects of real estate, M&A and project finance transactions. He regularly advises banks, financial institutions, funds and sponsors, with a strong track record spanning numerous domestic and cross-border transactions.Prior to joining DWF Italy, he worked at a leading Italian law firm, alongside the team of a prominent civil law professor, and at a prestigious notarial practice, where he developed solid expertise in civil and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, as well as banking and real estate matters.
