Providing a comprehensive range of legal services to public sector organisations across England and Wales. - Lot 1b – Full Legal Service Provision for Local Government & Local Communities
Providing a route for local government, housing associations, charities and local communities. - Lot 1c – Full Legal Service Provision for Health & Social Care
Delivering specialist legal advice to health bodies, NHS organisations and social care providers. Or for legal support tailored specifically to the health and social care sector. - Lot 2 – Focused Legal Support
Providing specialist legal services where targeted expertise is required. - Lot 3 – Litigation & Disputes
Supporting public sector organisations with complex litigation, investigations, claims and dispute resolution matters. - Lot 4 – Projects & Complex Advice (including PPP)
Advising on significant infrastructure, regeneration, commercial, transformation and Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects. - Lot 5 – Transport & Planning
Providing specialist advice across transport, rail, highways, aviation, planning and infrastructure projects. - Lot 6 - Costs Lawyer Services
Providing costs law services, including routine and complex costs law practice for both paying or receiving parties, across all types of litigation within England and Wales. This includes specialist clinical negligence costs law services.
Framework Duration
The RM6374 Legal Services Agreement commenced on 30 July 2026 and will run until 29 July 2029. The framework provides public sector organisations with access to high quality legal services across a wide range of practice areas and specialist disciplines.
