Experience
Reena has a vast amount of experience in acting on behalf of Local Authorities, insurers and insureds. She has a varied case load of public liability and employers' liability cases focusing on complex and high value matters, in particular catastrophic injury claims. She has previously acted for the Metropolitan Police Service giving her specialist knowledge of misfeasance in public office, assault and false imprisonment matters. She has experience in dealing with Equality and Disability Act claims. Reena further has a specialism dealing with motorsport matters, in particular track and barrier design.
