DWF assists the Leitwind-Italgen joint venture in the sale of an operational wind farm in Bulgaria

DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, has assisted a joint venture established between Leitwind, a leader in the production of wind power plants, and Italgen, the green energy company of the Italmobiliare Group - in the sale of three Bulgarian companies, owners of an operational wind farm in Kavarna, a municipality in Bulgaria.
DWF acted with a team led by Partner – Head of Power & Utilities Enrico Maria Curti, with counsel Matteo Polli, who handled all corporate M&A aspects.
