DWF appoints new partner to head ESG consultancy

Having worked with DWF as an independent consultant for two years, Tracey Groves has now joined the legal business as a London-based partner within the commercial, regulatory and data practice. 

In her new role, Tracey and her team will primarily focus on ethics, compliance, regulation, corporate governance and culture and manage the development and implementation of a new ESG and sustainability advisory practice at DWF.

Prior to joining DWF, Tracey was at PwC UK for over 25 years and led the Corporate Governance, Ethics and Compliance client advisory practice prior to leaving the firm. More recently, Tracey was UK partner at StoneTurn, a global advisory firm, where she spent the last two years establishing their ESG and sustainability risk advisory practice. She has over three decades of experience working in professional services on a global scale, advising boards across multiple industries and sectors to achieve ethical conduct and inclusive cultures, accelerate growth and innovation, and standardise responsible business performance.

A Chartered Accountant, TEDx speaker, media commentator and accomplished author and panellist, Tracey is also founder of award-winning consultancy Intelligent Ethics.
