DWF intervenes in a series of transactions in the wine sector

DWF has strengthened its expertise in the wine sector by advising Caisse d'Épargne Bretagne Pays de Loire (CEBPL) on the acquisition of the land and vineyard assets of Domaine de Saint Arnoul (formerly SCEA La Roche Aimé), a vineyard in the Loire Valley. 

This is the third acquisition by the team led by Philippe Feitussi in just a few months.

It is the latest in a series of transactions carried out by the firm in the wine sector in 2024, led by Philippe Feitussi, partner, and Anthony Sarciaux, Of Counsel:

  • the acquisition of Domaine Guilbaud-Moulin (Muscadet).
  • the restructuring of Domaine Grosbois (Chinon).
