She has more than five years of experience in advising and representing clients in court disputes in the field of financial instruments (futures and derivatives, bonds, structured notes, etc.), agency agreements in the financial intermediation market, acts of unfair competition and crimes to the detriment of creditors.
In her practice she mainly focuses on advising clients in commercial disputes and in cases involving financial instruments (e.g., futures and derivatives, bonds, structured notes), foreign currency loans and agency agreements in the financial intermediation market. She also represents corporate clients in cases involving crimes to the detriment of creditors.
Justyna completed her doctoral studies at SWPS University in Warsaw, where she defended her doctorate in legal sciences in 2019. She is the author of scientific publications concerning the sources of modern tort liability. She has developed arguments and strategy in client’s proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
