Experience
Giovanni has been active for over 20 years in the real estate sector (acquisitions, residential and commercial leases, contracts). He has gained his professional experience assisting major national and international players.
His expertise covers a wide range of complex transactions (development, acquisitions, divestments, contributions in funds and SICAFs), involving all real estate asset classes (commercial, high street retail, offices, logistics, residential and hotels).
He has also developed significant experience in the negotiation and management of leases of prestigious real estate complexes (also sky-land) in the most important Italian cities.
Prior to joining DWF, Giovanni worked at leading Italian firms, where he acquired expertise in civil and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions. He also has qualified knowledge in the corporate sector for profiles not related to real estate.
