Zillah has substantial lending experience gained across private practice and in-house roles in the US, UK and GCC. She advises on a broad range of conventional and Islamic financing transactions, with extensive experience in syndicated lending, acquisition finance, aviation finance, trade finance and real estate finance.Her significant expertise extends to acting on behalf of creditors in domestic and cross-border restructurings, as well as representing financial institutions, corporates and sponsors navigate complex financing structures and achieve their strategic objectives.
Prior to joining DWF, Zillah held senior legal positions with leading international financial institutions in Dubai and the UK, and practiced with prominent international law firms in New York and London.
