Experience
Admitted to practice in October 2019, Musu is a highly experienced personal injury lawyer who regularly advises clients in the defence of both pre-litigated and litigated personal injury claims in Queensland.
He has substantial experience providing advice on public liability and multi-party personal injury disputes involving complex liability, quantum, and contractual issues.
His experience includes acting on behalf of a diverse range of insured clients across sectors such as education, aged care, transport, retail, health, sports and leisure, as well as adult and youth custodial institutions.
Outside his legal practice, Musu is an active member of the Pasifika Lawyers Association of Queensland (PLAQ). As PLAQ Treasurer, Musu played a key role in organising the inaugural Pasifika Lawyers Collective Conference held in Apia, Samoa in July 2023.
