Marvin was admitted to the German bar in 2019. His practice combines corporate/M&A and real estate, with a focus on clear, solution-oriented advice. He advises shareholders, management teams and enterprises on corporate structuring, governance matters and national as well as cross-border transactions. His work includes drafting and negotiating share and asset purchase agreements, shareholder arrangements, financing documentation and commercial contracts. He also supports company formations and reorganisations, prepares corporate documentation and advises on acquisition and project financings involving real estate and movable assets, including security structures.He provides ongoing support in corporate housekeeping, prepares shareholder resolutions, manages compliance requirements and implements governance processes designed to work smoothly within clients’ existing business workflows. A growing part of his practice concerns EU sanctions law. He advises on the impact of the evolving regulatory framework on supply routes, internal procedures and the feasibility of planned business activities and services.
Alongside his corporate work, Marvin maintains a strong real estate practice. He advises real estate management companies on residential and commercial tenancy matters and supports developers, builders and general contractors in negotiating construction and development agreements. He also advises companies involved in maritime plant construction and offshore wind industries, combining contractual and technical perspectives.
Marvin lectures on real estate law and real estate management at the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg, where he teaches legal fundamentals and industry-specific contractual structures with a focus on practical application.
