Marcin is an advocate with overall 11 years of experience in providing legal services, among others, in scope of the real estate, construction, infrastructure projects and RES.
In his practice he focuses on real estate transactions including particularly real properties designated for residential purposes, PRS, retail (shopping malls and retail parks), logistic parks, warehouses, offices and real properties designated for RES infrastructure. Marcin provides legal support on each stage of the transaction, including preparation of a due diligence report as well as transaction and financial documentation.
-The scope of a legal services provided by Marcin includes support for clients operating in RES sector. He is involved in preparation and negotiation of tenancy agreements and other agreements securing legal title to real properties designated for wind & PV farms. Marcin is also involved in day-to-day legal advisory for RES developers and investors, providing services in scope of real estate and infrastructure aspects.
