Experience


He has experience in transaction advisory for domestic and foreign entities. He supports clients in mergers and acquisitions transactions (both in asset deal and share deal transactions), at all their stages, including in drawing up share purchase agreements, investment agreements and shareholder agreements. He participated in and supervised numerous due diligence processes. He carried out and supervised the reorganization of capital groups.
