Experience
Ian is a Partner and head of DWF's Private Capital Team. He is a solicitor and full member of STEP and has over 20 years' experience of trusts and estate administration, Will drafting, lifetime tax planning and Court of Protection Deputyships. Ian regularly acts as a professional trustee, executor and Deputy as well as advising clients holding these roles; he has a particular interest in complex trust administration and tax mitigation.
