Experience
Helen has had a varied career within a number of in-house legal functions specialising in pensions and financial services. Over her 20 plus years’ of experience she has advised on all manner of commercial pension scheme provision (e.g. master trusts, personal pensions, SIPPs and GPPs) as well as negotiated with DB and DC schemes or employers on behalf of insurance and investment management companies for the investment or management of their pension scheme.In addition to her pensions work Helen has worked on a number of financial services products including: the launch of an employee share plan product; ISAs, LISAs, JISAs and GIAs; the support of and launch of UCITS and AIFs including a leading Sterling liquidity fund and a leading liability driven investment fund.
Helen’s extensive in-house experience has given her a unique insight into the requirements of pension providers and financial services firms and to ensure advice is focused and practical.
