Experience
Francesca is specialised in mergers and acquisition, civil and company law with a focus on the energy and real estate industries. She has a particular expertise in M&A transactions regarding the acquisition of portfolios of renewable plants and projects, in town planning, incentives and grid connection regulations, EPC and O&M contracts, PPA as well as in all the aspects of the real estate transactions. She is regularly involved in renewable energy transactions for Italian and international clients, financing institutions, industrial companies and investment funds, focusing on corporate and real estate aspects, M&A and commercial contracts. She is also involved in real estate development projects, construction and property management.
Before joining DWF, Francesca worked in a major Italian law firm and, for several years, in a prestigious notarial office.
Francesca is a member of the Italian Bar. She speaks Italian and English.
