Epsita is an Associate in Legal Operations, based in Pune. She joined the firm in June 2025 through a pre placement offer, marking her first professional role at DWF, following the successful completion of a three month internship in 2024.She completed her five year BBA LL.B in 2025, building a strong legal foundation through diverse, hands on internships across judicial, public sector, and law firm environments. Her exposure to corporate and regulatory law was strengthened through internships with major public sector undertakings, where she worked extensively on commercial and labour law matters, gaining practical insight into regulatory frameworks, employment compliance, and operational legal challenges within large enterprises.
In parallel, Epsita interned with law firms, focusing on in depth legal research and drafting, particularly in cyber law and energy law, which sharpened her analytical skills and reinforced her interest in technology driven and sector specific regulation.
Currently, she is part of the Compliance service line within the Horizon Scanning team, where she supports clients by monitoring regulatory developments, analysing their impact, and delivering clear, research driven legal insights. Epsita continues to develop as a detail oriented legal professional within a global legal operations framework.
