Anna Kordziawa-Toś has experience in the real estate, energy, and environmental issues.
In the context of climate and regulatory change, Anna focuses on renewable energy and energy transition aspects. She is experienced in both due diligence of renewable energy projects and contracts required to implement such projects (grid connection agreements, land title agreements).
Anna is interested in large-scale energy storage projects (BESS) and capacity market mechanisms. She has advised clients in this area.
