Experience
Anna has broad experience advising on real estate, energy, environmental, and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on climate‑related and regulatory aspects of renewable energy, energy transition, and environmental projects in Poland.
She advises clients on legal due diligence of renewable energy investments and plays a key role in drafting and leading negotiations of project‑critical agreements, including grid connection agreements, corporate PPAs (cPPAs), and other project‑related contracts.
Her practice includes advising on EU ETS compliance, environmental reporting obligations, and regulatory risks at both the Polish and EU levels. She has provided regulatory advice in relation to petrochemical projects, covering permitting requirements, administrative decisions, and sector‑specific regulatory frameworks. Anna also advises on obtaining export licences for strategic goods under Polish and EU regulations.
In addition, she has experience advising on environmental issues, including water permits, integrated permits (IPPC), and regulations concerning waste management. Anna also advises clients on large‑scale battery energy storage (BESS) projects and capacity market mechanisms in highly regulated energy markets.
