He offers comprehensive legal support throughout all stages of energy projects, from location permitting and grid connection to operational support schemes and ongoing operations.
Andrzej has advised both domestic and international investors on the development of offshore wind projects, representing clients in administrative and court proceedings concerning location permits. He has also participated in numerous due diligence processes related to renewable energy assets, including both onshore and offshore wind farms and photovoltaic installations, in the context of M&A transactions.
