Piotr Dudek is an advocate with nearly 20 years of experience advising clients in the defence and aerospace industries. He has supported public sector entities as well as domestic and international companies on complex projects and transactions in the security and defence sectors, including matters relating to military equipment procurement, technology transfer and regulatory compliance. A significant part of his practice focuses on the aviation sector. He advises airlines, aircraft manufacturers and other aviation market participants on transactions, certification and regulatory compliance matters, and represents clients before national and international regulatory authorities. Piotr also specialises in intellectual property law, with a particular focus on emerging technologies and creative industries. In addition, he is a regular contributor to "Skrzydlata Polska", Poland’s leading aviation magazine.
