The Astris building was completed in 2017 as a modern A-class office building with an area of 13.5 thousand square metres. The building is nearly 100% leased and its main tenants include the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture, Zurich Insurance Group and Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego.
DWF's support included the full scope of advisory on the transaction, i.e. due diligence, negotiations with the seller and through the entire acquisition process leading to the closing and signing of the agreement. The transaction was coordinated by Katarzyna Dębińska-Pietrzyk, Local Partner in the Real Estate Department with the support of Bartosz Ostrowski, Senior Associate and Bartosz Boenigk, Junior Associate in the Real Estate Department. The tax aspects of the transaction were covered by Katarzyna Stec, Senior Associate in the Tax Law Department.
