DWF Australia further strengthens corporate practice

DWF Australia has announced the appointment of Kim O’Reilly as Principal Lawyer in its national corporate team. 

Kim joins DWF from Mills Oakley where she was a special counsel in the Sydney private advisory team. At DWF, Kim will be instrumental in expanding the firms’ corporate offering. Kim joined DWF’s Sydney office on September, 2. 

Kim has been with Mills Oakley for two years, and previously held company officer and in-house legal advisor role in some of Australia’s largest investment banks and listed financial institutions, including AMP and Babcock and Brown. Kim has led numerous high-profile transactions and played an active role in award winning teams and deals.

This latest appointment, along with DWF’s recent strategic hires in Australia, brings the total number of Principal Lawyers to 28 across DWF’s four locations. (Sydney, Brisbane, Newcastle and Melbourne).
