Corporate partner Lisa Stavropoulos led the DWF team on the deal alongside solicitor Ciara Healy, advising Global Material Holdings Limited on becoming the sole owner of Global Material Handling Ltd. The business supports the materials handling operations for clients across the region including Rowlinson Group, Primeline Espress and Park Cakes.
The deal will also see Global Material Handling Ltd sign a new exclusive three-year contract with Cesab Material Handling, the European materials handling equipment manufacturer.
